{"id":53,"date":"2025-05-20T16:18:40","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T14:18:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kingadutkiewicz.pl\/?page_id=53"},"modified":"2025-06-01T14:07:43","modified_gmt":"2025-06-01T12:07:43","slug":"oferta","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/kingadutkiewicz.pl\/en\/oferta\/","title":{"rendered":"Therapy and Consultation Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>People most often come to a psychotherapist seeking support during difficult times, hoping to feel better and find solutions to their problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Consultation Process \u2013 The First Step Towards Change<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first stage is a diagnostic and consultation session, during which we jointly consider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>whether and how I can help you,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what your expectations of therapy are,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>which form of collaboration would be most comfortable for you \u2014 individual, family, or couples therapy \u2014 and whether you prefer face-to-face or online sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of minors, parents or legal guardians are also invited to participate in the discussion and arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on these arrangements, we collaboratively develop a therapy plan and discuss organisational details such as the frequency and duration of sessions, the rules for scheduling and cancelling appointments, and the costs involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If necessary, I can also suggest other forms of support, such as a consultation with another specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The types of therapy and consultations I offer include:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>individual psychotherapy for teenagers and young adults,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parenting consultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>family and couples psychotherapy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If you feel that the time has come to take care of yourself or your relationships, you are warmly welcome to get in touch.
